Also, convoy is happenings on the 17th in the croome rd complex. It would be great to have ALL our members at the track as I'm sure we'll have a lot of visitors coming around to have a look. Maybe we should put some signs up it the event area so everyone knows where we are?

Hi all, just wanted to invite everyone to Liverpool LRRCC this Sunday the 17th Oct if anyone is keen but I did see you guy's already have a race day planned at your track. We're also going to have another race day the following Sunday the 24th Oct which is a Dash for Cash race. We'd love for you guy's to come for a visit and have a fun day of racing at Liverpool. Hope to you there!
Regards Chris

Thanks Chris, that might be a good option for us. Just thinking about the convoy event on Sunday and am wondering if we'll be able to have vehicle access to the track. I'm thinking parking will be a nightmare. Any thoughts?

Shouldn't be they usually have parking in that field in front and we could always park to the left of the track but u are right you never know if there'll park in the track

Ahhh ok, so they do let vehicles into the complex? If so we shouldn't have a problem. It'll be great if we can get a bit of a crowd at the track to watch some racing. Could be great for the club. Maybe we should get some signs/ banners from Steve (max power) to put around the track. Could make us look a bit more professional?

They have got to realise ( council and convoy organizer's) that we pay RENT to the council for the track and if they stop us from accessing the track especially on a organized race day where there will/could be drivers from Sydney and south coast coming they could be in breach of the rental contract ?? ,maybe we should let the imcc president know of the impending trouble ,
I know I had massive trouble trying to get into the track last year when it was on but I didn't go down there till late afternoon and had to track 3/4 of the way down the paddock in front of the track to get to a gate at the other end ,if I was in a normal car not the navara or a 4wd it would have been almost impossible ,They didn't have any one parked in the track area as it was chained off at the main gate where our IMCC OFF ROAD sign is, parking was only around/in front of the BMX track and was nearly all busses, and the paddock at the front of the track was all car parking maybe if we get there early it might be ok as once were in there we could possibly keep it open ??
I will be there about 7:30 on sunday earlier if we think it might be necessary
But there is also about a 80-90% of rain again next weekend from what I can see on weather forecasts so it may not be a issue ??
keen as for some racing so they better not stuff us up and track work on the Saturday ??

i'll be there for trackwork on Saturday, got a new ebuggy I want to do some laps with too. sorry about the rain fellas, every time I get a new toy it rains for about two weeks keen as to race at our track but if we're not going to have access to the track because of convoy we should try to get up to Liverpool and show some support.

We had a race day last year when convoy was on. Access to the track was fine, so I don't see why it should be any different this year.

Sweet. So who's racing? It would be great to have all our members at the track on Sunday. Hopefully we'll get a bit of a crowd and we can show some good racing. Not much point if we only have four turn up on Sunday

Hi all raceday is on once again this Sunday 17 nov we will start around 930-10 hope to see you there on another note i98fm truck convoy is also on so it will get busy after about 830 so my suggestion would be to get in before the trucks start arriving we will have wiches hats out for our area and anyone wishing to spectate it would be advise to park outside the venue if arriving after 9

havnt had much to do with racing much these days tho i do know the last 3 race days at imcc the results have been wrong. though still were typed out as print. for eg........ a 14 sec lap time was a accepted by one of the buggy drivers..........clearly is a mistake due to the normal running lap times is 30 + seconds though results wernt revised.
im not sure how well the computer is setup with laptime cutoff time set.... etc.
though people dont turn up for racing if the times arnt true, that would be classed as untimed practice not a race day.
im not sure where ill be driving on sunday.....

maybe 1/10th onroad sydney sounds good . its not difficult to check racing results and have a tad bit of professionalism about the club. im not deliberately having a dig at anyone to offend anyone or be negative in any manner. just a heads up....... i know for my self good advise is a very valuable thing. tho if this club is going to be a turn up or shut up type of club where members cant speak diligently of good ideology to progress a club then good luck.......... least i can say i tried. obviously good advise is not welcome here.

Advice is welcome Aaron but to publicly display it is meh it would of been a little better to have a chat with one or all of the committee so we can try and fix it it's there for a reason to make the experience at imcc off-road fun but ill have a chat to the prez and bring up your concern I hope we see you the on Sunday

It is good advise. And the sooner we can get the bugs out of our computer the better obviously. We are doing the best with what we have and will continue to do so. Why would you want to do a silly thing like onroad anyway? ;p
