Yeh Dave I'll be there tomorrow from about 8-9am till about 4-5pm, I have a mate from work bringing his RC8T down. (we bought both our kits off Paul @ Kelletts)
I got to the track today about 3:30pm and hit the fence line with the snipper.
Round 1: fence 1 - snipper - 0 Round 2: fence 1 - snipper - 1
I revived the barrow as I had a reject shop cigy lighter pump in the truck.
There's a heap of rocks/boulders & thick sticks etc all around the fence line. I basically cleaned up around the pit stand and along the fence but ran outta light. i'll attempt the carpet, rope & fence line tomorrow with some help from mate comin down - in between tanks.
Bit by bit it will get there...
Can't wait to get the engine tuned now, got the bolt outta the crank BTW haha long story.... (I'm an idiot)
I know you said you had the girls this weekend man - catch ya down there of you end up makin it Dave

Clearly no one is in charge, I would speak to council yourself and do something about the situation as a concerned member
Must be a year since the club has had a meet and im yet to hear or know of a reason why this is so
Luckily LRRCC is not too far for you guys, The Canberra track is worth getting to also
Dave

Yeh Dave i know, bummer i missed it all last year. I will do a little phoning around and see what i can come up with as far as council.... I have alot of contacts as ive been a buyer & hire co-ordinator for large contracting companies working within the petrochemical industry for the last 7 years - so getting a bobcat or dingo dropped off for a day as a favor is not hard. Just dont want to break 'the rules', whatever they are - hehehe Ill see if there is such a thing as an 'all access pass' to IMCC re- keys/access/permission etc & weather they will let me have it or not. Someone's gotta give it a go. i'll post my findings

I have been contacted re- the past, present & future operations of IMCC & now have an educated understanding of whats going on. I have had a great chat with a long serving member of IMCC & had all my questions answered (good answers too ) & have a strong confidence in where the club is heading in the near future ;D Hope to see some guys down there when the rain clears up

Hi everyone, I would like the people who are in control of the club to post up on this forum what is happening to the club. It has been over a year since anything has been organised. im sure everyone wants to know whats going on. If no one who is in charge wants to do anything there should be a meeting called for all past members to decide if club is to fold or carry on with an elected committee as there has been no annual general meeting for the last year to elect anyone or give direction. So whoevers in charge post up the information so fellow racers can decide if they will have to race elseware or help in maintaining a club.

Yeh i will aim to be at liverpool this sunday to assist Dave & Tom on race day, i wont be racing, i'm not prepped nor am i good enough yet haha. Good news back on the excavator, we can have it brought down to the track, with an operator, to be used when its needed - at no more than the cost of fuel . Huge shout out to KV for organising ;D, and a big thanks to Ethan (fellow rc enthusiasts) for offering to come down and run his machine round the track for everyone ;D So looks like we're getting closer , i am told we are just waiting on council confirmation re some finer points - over the next few weeks, before we can get cracking. The tracks almost completely dry again though cracked up on the parts where the water sat, but ill be there through the week and next weekend sweepin etc, keen to get a few runs in

Good to see some motivation guys, i should have answer back from council this week, meeting has been done and run so just waiting for call back in regards to future planning etc of area we occupy..
Please keep in mind all work requires prior notification to council via myself, if you guys have machinery ready to go that is great go for it and get stuck in but please give me prior notice so i can inform council what works will be initiated...
I will post as soon as i hear councils decision in regards to lease agreement etc.
